What is fused glass?
"Glass fusing" is defined as the bonding of separate pieces of glass in a kiln using heat.
What glass do you use?
I use an american made glass called Bullseye that is COE 90.
Can I have a product in another colour?
Yes, I can create all my products in a wide range of colours, please either fill in the 'Contact Us' form or
email me to order.
Is every thing handmade?
Yes, every item is designed & handmade by Alice.
Can I visit the Wonderland Glass studio?
Yes, you can visit our studio by appointment. Please email or phone to make the arrangments.
Do you sell to trade/wholesale?
Yes, please contact me using the 'Contact Us' form.
Can I get samples of glass to colour match?
Yes, you can get bullseye samples for free, dichroic colours have a charge of 0.20p each. Please contact me for more information, or to order the samples.
Return & refund?
If your item arrives damaged you may return it & either receive a full replacement or refund. Please see our 'Returns Policy' for more info.
Do you take commissions & how do I order one?
Yes, we do please email, phone or fill out the 'Contact Us' form to order your commission.
Delivery?
Delivery times are specific to each item, please see the description box of what you would like to purchase for my info. Commissions can take between 4-6 weeks depending on the time of year, if you need it sooner please 'Contact Us' to see if that is possible.
How long will it take for my commission to be made?
Commissions are made to order & can take between 4-6 weeks, this will depend on the size of the order & the time of year.
